Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These are the terms you agree to by using plfantasytool.com. They are written plainly on purpose. If anything here seems unfair or unclear, email me and say so.

What the service is

PLFantasyTool is a set of analytics tools for Fantasy Premier League managers: expected points projections, a squad optimizer, defensive contribution predictions, fixture difficulty ratings and a multi-gameweek transfer planner. Some tools are free and some require a paid subscription.

Not affiliated with the Premier League

PLFantasyTool is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football club. All club names and player names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe publicly available statistics.

Projections are estimates, not promises

Everything the site produces is a model output based on historical data, fixtures, statistics and probability. Football is not predictable. Players get injured, rotated, sent off and dropped, and models are wrong regularly and sometimes badly.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of points, rank or results. Decisions about your own Fantasy Premier League team are yours alone, and you should treat the numbers here as one input among several rather than an instruction.

Your account

Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure, since anyone with it can reach your account here. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms and to any payment.

One account is for one person. Please do not share credentials or resell access.

Subscriptions and payment

Premium costs GBP 2.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change, and if they do you will be told before the change applies to you.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial months are not refunded as a matter of course, but if something has gone wrong, email me and I will sort it out rather than hide behind this paragraph.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. By subscribing and using premium features immediately you agree that the service begins straight away, which may reduce that right. Your statutory rights are not otherwise affected.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

Accounts doing any of the above can be suspended without notice or refund.

Availability

This is a one-person project running on modest infrastructure. I try hard to keep it up, particularly around deadlines, but there is no uptime guarantee, no service level agreement, and features can change or be withdrawn. If a paid feature disappears permanently, tell me and I will make it right.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost fantasy points, rank, mini-league positions or prizes, or for decisions you made using the site. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Ending things

You can stop using the site at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by emailing [email protected]. I can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the service develops. The date at the top will change when they do, and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes fall to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.
